According to an semi-official statement issued in Paris, Britain and 'Franca arc on the point of agreement regarding the desirability of a renewal of the moratorium for Germany for six or twelve months from the expiry in .July. The feeding is strengthening that a definite solution of the problem is unobtainable at present, especially in s iew of the elections in France, Germany and United States.
