ARGENTINE TO NEGOTIATE. (United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) BUENOS AIRES, January IS. For the purpose of reconciling British and Argentine interests, as affected by the British tariff possibilities, the Argentine Government has appointed a special Advisory Committee of prominent financiers and businessmen to study the structure of AngloArgentine trade. It is understood that a special mission will lie sent to London to negotiate some form of reciprocal agreement with the British.
