FINANCIAL TROUBLE. A PROVISIONAL GOVERNMENT. (United Press Association.— By Electric Tel egra ph.—Copy r igli t.) SHANGHAI, January 15. There wa s a late session last night at Nanking of the Chinese leaders. They .succeeded in drawing up a Provisional Committee to continue the Government consisting of General Chiang Kai Slick, Wang Chin, lvai Hu, Han Ming, Feng Yu Hsiang, Yu Yu Jen, Eugene Chin, Li Cluing, Jen Sun Eo and others. The liuui'cial situation remained imi hanged to-day, though the Chinese hankers arc greatly exercised to find means of meeting the country's obligations.
