M. Catha-1 and M. Fotild, newcomers to the Cabinet, become Ministers of tiie Interior and Agriculture respectively. The other positions are unchanged, Mr Laval’s position is weakened, hilt tlie newspapers welcome M. Laval and M. Tnrdieu holding the key positions, which are rendered doubly important by the impending conferences. M. Tardieu is considered admirably suited to uphold France’s interests at the Disarmament Conference.
