CARPENTER SENT TO GAOL. BLENHEIM, January 7. A sentence of six months’ imprisonment with hard labour awaited Francis Thomas Kennedy, a carpenter, aged thirty-nine, of Blenheim, when ha appealed in 'the Police Court this morning, before Justices, to answer three charges.
