COAL MINETRAGEDY
COLLAPSE DUE TO EARTH TREMOR. 14 MEN MISSING. (United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Received this day at 9.25 a m) BERLIN, January 5. Believedly due to an earth tremor, the underground galleries at Knrsten coal mine near Beuthen, collapsed, entombing 15 men in -a mass of debris. One was extricated, but the others have not answered tapping, and it is feared that, they are dead.
