CUP FOR 700 MILE RACE. (United Press Association. —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) CALCUTTA, December 25. To encourage civil aviation throughout India, the Viceroy has offered a cup for an annual 700 miles race for European and Indian pilots trained by flying clubs.
