The issue of : the ‘‘Red Worker,” a paper closely associated with the Communist movement, in Wellington,- on September 14, jilted in the appearance of the proprietor and publisher, J. J. Robinson, in the Police Court today on a charge of printing and publishing n paper, expressing seditious intention, contrary to the War Regulations. * He elected to be trigd at the Bupvame Court, but it was ascertapied that there waft no provision far such an, option in. the Act under which Bob.nson was charged, AThe Magistrate <Mr McNeil)’ adjourned the case till January 18, ; --and admitted Robinson to bail in £25.,
