SALARY ATTACKS
PUBLIC BODIES’ CAMPAIGN. (By Telegraph—Per Press Association) CHRISTCHURCH, December 22. At a meeting of the Canterbury Section of the P. 'and T. Employees’ Association, the following resolution was passed ; “This section endorses, in its entirety, the resolution passed by the Auckland Section, and urges the Association Headquarters to commence a publicity campaign against the vicious and unwarranted attacks by the Chambers of Commerce and the Farmers Unions througnout the Dominion on the salaries of the civil servants.”
