WHEAT QUOTA

QUESTION OF PERCENTAGE. f United Press Association. —By Electru 1 Telegraph .—Copyright. ] OTTAWA, December 16. It has 'been made clear by Mr Bennett, Premier of Canada, that the details of the British wheat quota are not in any sense settled, nor have 'they even been discussed, but at the conference last year it was suggested that Britain’s quota should be fifteen' per cent. If fifteen per cent. were appropriated for foreign grown wheat, seventy- per cent. would remain for the Dominions. Mr Bennett also makes it plain that the percentages are purely estimates.
