ACTION ORITICISKJ). REDUCTION OF EXCHANGE RATE. (Australian Press Association.) SYDNEY, December 16. Air Davidson, general manager of the Bank of New South Wales, criticises the action of the Common wealth Bank in reducing the rate of exchange on London from £l3O to £125 per cent. The rate, he said, should be free and natural under normal conditions, but at present the high rate only means shielding the 'community from the e fie cits of falling world prices. OVERSEAS SHIPPING.
