MASTER,TON, December 16. At the mooting to«day of the AVairat'opa Farmers 1 Union, the members discussed interest rates at length. It wag decided to recommend the Dominion Executive of the Farmers’ Union to ,co-operate with the Associated Chambers of Commerce in urging the Government to set upi a nonpolitical commission to investigate national economy and the interest rates.

' Another ' resolution urged that the mortgagors should have the right to appeal to the Court for relief without waiting to be taken there by tho mortgagees.
