(Received this day at 9.25 a.m) LONDON, December 16.It is reported that the work suspended on the Cunarder is to be resumed early in the New Year. Frank Smith, secretary of the I' edeiv ation of Engineering and Ship Building trades, says that pirispects are now definitely brighter.
