During the Hon. TV. Dowroie Stewart’s absence from the Dominion, his portfolios of Finance and Customs will be by tthe Prime Minister, Rt. Hon. G. W. Forbes, and the Minister of Native Affairs, Sir Apirana Ngata, will act a§ Attorney General.
