WELLINGTON, December 10
Mr Peter Fraser, Secretary of the Parliamentary Labour Party, to-day said that there is positively nothing in the story of the possibility of a change in the Leadership of the Party. Both in Parliament and in the country generally, the members of the Labour
Party were exceedingly satisfied with both the Leader and the Deputy Loader. There would be no change in either position. There had been no mention in the ranks of the Labour Party even of the possibility of a change. During the election, Mr Holland’s inspiring leadership was the greatest asset possessed by the Party, and the wonderful series of election meetings which he had addressed throughout the Dominion would tank among the most effective yet held in political history.
