There is a widespread feeling that M. Flamoin’s visit will have the most important effects, to be shown shortly on a variety of subjects, such as credits, reparations and tariffs which daily appear to be more closely interlocked during the course of bis journey.
.Paris has admitted that the British and French viewpoint is divergent hut lias left the impression that an agreement is not impossible. The “Daily Express” stresses the urgency of France and Britain acting together, and said that whenever this were done, so everything would go well with the rest of the world.
