SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES IN EXAMINATION. WELLINGTON, November 23. Candidates who quanhed tor lirst appointments to commissions hi the New Zealand Air Force, at tlie examination held in September are annouuceu in general orders. From those who have passed the examination a certain nuinoer will be selected, aim should they pass the Air Force medical examination will be given commissions as pilot orncers in the New Zealand An orce (territorial). LHe candidate who secured the highest marks in the examination was L. P. F. Taylor (Wellington Aero Ciub), who gained 405 marks out of a possible 50»a tie was tmrty-six luaiks ahead of the next candidate, G. HFisher (Auckland Aero Ciub). The successful candidates are: — L.
