All AH UR A FAT STOCK (SALE.
Messrs M. Houston and Co. report
At the usual fortnightly sale at the above yards yesterday our entry consisted of 27 head of fat cattle and 20 fat sheep which ‘ was offered to the usual attendance of buyers. Prices realised were much on a par w’ith those of the previous sale; extra heavy ox sold from 26s to 28s, prime medium ox and heifer beef averaged 80s and cow beef 25s per hundred. . We sold ms follows!:—On account of J. Condon and Sons (Mahitahi) 2 bullock® at £ll ss, 2 at £l2, 2 heifers at- £8 7s 6d, 3 bullocks at £l2, 2 heifers at £8 12s 6d, 2 bullocks at £ll, 1 heifer at £7 10s, 2 bullocks at £lO 2s 6d, 2 at £lO ss, 2 cow,si -at £6 12s 6d; 1 bullock at £ll 17s 6d, 2 at £lO 10s.. On account of H. H. Busch, 2 bullocks at £8 15s, 2 at £6 10s. On account of Jas. Minehan, 18 fat ewes and 2 wethehf'-at 14s.
