FIGHTING REARGUARD ACTION

PEKING, November 19.
Tlie latest despatches on Nonni River fighting say the Chinese right wing was forced to retire before the attack by Japanese armoured cars. Japanese crossed the Chinese eastern railway, in pursuit of Ma-Chan Shan’s forces who are fighting a rearguard action, thirty miles north of the railway.
