This man is between 20 and 23 years old, abouit oil. 9dn. in height, with dark eyes, whloh may be x brown, . and short, dark, uneven hair which' is wavy rather than curly. The man has a small face and fresh complexion. He was wearing a navy-blue coat and dark vest and trousers which are .thought to be brown. It is not known whether he was wearing collar or tie.-He speaks in a quiet voice, with a' colonial accent, and is well-spoken.
