A REPORT DENIED. DUNEDIN. November 11. Regarding, a Christchurch report that the South Pacific Steamship Company lias purchased the M’J 1 wraith, M’Eaclmrn steamurs, Katoumba ami Karoola, it is announced that the formation of the company has not yet been completed nor has capital bct.-.i subscribed. The purchase of the vessels is denied here, though they are considered quite suitable for the Mel-bourne-South Island service.
