CHINESE BURY VALUABLES. (United Press Association. — By Electrio Telegraph.—Co ‘yright.) SHANGHAI, November 9. Quiet wa-s restored in Tientsin this morning, following upon the arrival of a brigade* of 'Manchurian troops. There is considerable alarm at Peking, and many Chinese buried valuables in the expectation of a Japanese advance from Tientsin.
