200 DROWNED
FLOODS IN INDIA. [United Press Association —By Eleotrio Telegraph—Copyright. J CALCUTTA, November 6. Flood waters are rising m the South’ of India, owing to the heavy phenomenally late Monsoons. It is estimated that two hundred persons have been drowned in flicpast three weeks.
