LONDON, November “The Times” correspondent at Nicosia, In Cyprus, says: ‘‘Six of the revolt leaders have been deported tor life. Altogether about four hundred have been arrested. . Since the burning of the Government House, the Proclamation has been issued making the municipalities responsible for all the damage done bv the rioters.
