The Court consisted of Justices Avory, Branson and Humphreys. Sir John Simon, representing Lora Kylsant, argued almost all the day. He objected to the form of the original indictment as unusual,/ and poiitended that every word of the prospectus was true, based on supplied by Morland, who had been acquitted of an ( attempt to defraud. The hearing was adjourned. JUDGMENT RESERVED. ' LONDO", November 3 In the Kylsant case, judgment was reserved until to-morrow.
