RTCCARTGN SEAT TO BE CONTESTED. (By Telegraph—Per Press Association) CHRISTCHURCH. Nov. 2. Mr A. A. Me Lachlan, a Christchrneh solicitor, announces definitely that he is contesting the Riccarton seat as the unofficial United candidate. A member of the City Council, he stood at the last election.
