UNABLE TO GO SOUTH. WELLINGTON, October 30 Owing to the pressure of his Parliamentary dutyie.4, the Prime Minister (the Right Hon. G. W. Forbes) will not he able to leave Wellington. The Prime Minister had promised some montiis ago to endeavour to come to the South Island so that he might take part in the opening of the new Methodist Church at Sefton to-day. However, the end of session rush makes it impossible for him to be present.
