The decision as to which races he will run in' will be made on Saturday. MELBOURNE CUP. MELBOURNE, October 28. A Melbourne Cup scratching is that of Dark Man, who has broken down. A special watchman has arrived from Sydney for Veilmond and Concentrate. Mr Mackinnon, chairman of the A .R.C., says that Phar Lap will be unhurt if lie starts in the Cup.
