ATTEMPTS ON ANGLO-AUS-TRALIAN RECORD. The weather "as Irosty. with a brilliant moon, when they left Lympne. BRITISH A.F. DISASTER. LONDON, October 27. Two Royal Air Force planes collided in Imidai'r at Tidworth, killing three of the four occupants in one plane, which was completely wrecked. The occupants of the other plane landed safely by means of parachutes. The AJr Force fatalities at present are sixty-four, one less than for the whole of 1930. FLYING TO EGYPT. LONDON, October 27. Squadron-Leader Gayford and Flight Lieutenant Brett left Cramvell at 6.45 on a non-stop flight to Egypt in a Eairey monoplane, similar to the one that made the first non-stop flight to India in 1929.
