REFORM CAUCUS
DISSOLUTION OF PARLIAMENT. (By Telegraph—Per Press Association) v WELLINGTON, October 23. A caucus of the Reform Party was held last night, and' it is understood that the 'Reform leader, Hon. J. G. Coates was authorised to confer with the Premier, Hon. G. W. Forbes, with a view to an early dissolution of Parliament and an appeal to the country early in December. Reform and United .Parties, standing together as in the present coalition, is anticipated.
