CHIEF JUSTICE
UNDERGOES AN OPERATION. (By Telegraph—Per Pres*. Association) WELLINGTON, October 23. Sir Michael Myers, Chief Justice, underwent an operation yesterday afternoon at Bowen Street, Hosp tal. He is making good progress and it is anticipated he will resume his judicial duties in about three weeks.
