OBITUARY
GENERAL SIR R. HART. (,British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, October 19. The oldest holder of the Victoria Cross General Sir Reginald Clare Hart, V.C., K.C.8., K.C.V.0.. died today at Bournemouth, at the age of eighty-threilears. He gained the Victoria Cross in the ; Afghan Campaign of 1879. He became Commander-in-Chief in. South Africa in 1912, ami during the'Great War was LieutenantGovernor of Guernsey.
