Joseph Wright, five charges of forgery and uttering at Wellington to three months oil each, sentences to be concurrent. ’ George Lester Ralfc, indecent assault on a girl at Wellington to four years. The Judge said the prisoner had previous convictions for offences involving dishonesty and drunkenness, and now appeared to have given .way to drinking methylated- spirits. The offence he had, committed rmjst be followed by a severe penalty.
