FLOOD DISASTER
IN MADRAS. United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph —Copyright.) CALCUTTA, October 20. There are disastrous floods in the Madras Province, and numerous landslides. Thirty deaths have occurred among men working on the roads, tons of rock overwhelming them. The villagers are panic stricken, and are taking refuge in the treetops, but many have already perished. The traffic service is dislocated.
