LONDON, October 20. 4 A controversy has arisen regarding the form of the burial service in the case of the Levins (whose dea c ( bodies were found in a gas-filled house). The controversy has been overcome by the Reverend H. Wallerbridge, Rector of "Worth, he announcing that the bodies of the father and mother will be taken straight to the grave and placed in Us, and that meanwhile the child’s hotly will be carried to the church, where there will be- the usual obseq.uies, including a special prayer written by Bishop Chichester as follows: —’“Heavenly Father, whose face the angels of little children always behold who l>.y thv Son. hast taught us that of sucii is the Kingdom of Heaven, we commend into Thy keeping the soul of this little child, beseeching thee to accept her innocence, cleansing her ci the stain of earthly life, that .she may dwell for ever in tli e joy of Thy eternal presence.” After this a graveside service, specially authorised by the Bishop, will be rend.
