The -discovery that the missing element, No. 87, is solid, highly inflammable and the most sensitive to light thus far known, is announced by the 'Cornell University. A small quantity of the element has been .found, in Samnrskiti , a lustrous, velvet black mineral, by Professor -Jacob- Papisli.
