Air Lang has again used the authority vested in him by the recently passed State Transport Co-ordination Act, and has issued an instruction to the Railway Commissioners that they must abandon their challenge to the jurisdiction of the President of the Industrial Court, and refrain from tax mg further proceedings of objection.
