NEW YORK. October 5. Tile police over the week-end captured, and a New York County Grand Jury to-day, after half an hour’s deliberation. returned first-degree nuirdeT indictments against Vincent Coll, a young gang leader ; Frank Giordano, Ids associate, and three other un-nant-ed 'men for killing a child as cabled on July 29th. The gangsters and several women eompanons were captured in a New- York hotel, which was a veritable arsenal.
