TWO DEATHS IN DUNEDIN
DUNEDIN, October 2
Influenza of a pneumonic type reported as prevalent in the North Island has made its appearance here, a few cases being notified to the 'Health Department, with 2 deaths within the week.
A milder type of ’flu is very prevalent
Yesterday, 130 pupils were absent from the Boys’ High 'School and one hundred from the Girls' High School.
