After ten days adjournment during wh eh the Coalition Government has been formulating a policy the House of Representatives lesumes at 10.30 tomorrow morning, when following the usual formal business, an Imprest Supply Hill will be introduced by Gover-nor-General’s message, and he sponsored by Hon Downie Stewart, the Minister of Finance The House will present a changed ,s( one for the Treasury benches will he occunied by Coalition Ministers, while other United and Reform members will be scattered among seats on Mr Speaker’s right, as well as the cross benches The Lender of the Labour Party, as the new Leader of the Opp sition, together with the Deputy Leader, Mr Savaeo, will occupy the position formerly taken up by Mr Coates and Mr Stewart. The Labour Party has not yet met to consider what attitude it will take during the debate on the Imprest Su]> piv Bill, but the possibility of a lengthy discussion on the subject oJ unemployment is lessened considerably in view of the anouncement of the outline of the new scheme to be presented to the Ho -se, together with details of the new Government’s programme on Tuesday.

The Prime Minister this morning stated he had not yet decided whether he, as Leader of the House, or Mr Stewart as Minister of Finance, would present the statement, but it will probably be Mr Stewart. He did not contemplate a discussion on the Government's programme immediately following its submission, as time would have to be allowed for its circulation among, and consideration by members. There was. however, other important business to occupy the attention of the House on Tuesday. A necessary motion to enable , discussion of the Railway, Board’s recommendations would be moved and the debate on the issue be commenced.
