HOUSE OF COMMONS ADJOURNS
LONDON, September 30. In the House of Commons, Mr MacDonald said the House would adjourn at 7.10 p.in. and there will be no prorogation. Mr Austin Chamberlain said the Government did not propose to alter last year’s decision regarding the Sing, apore base. In the House of Lords. Lord Reading announced that the Parliamentary Session would probably end at 4 10 p.m.
