REDUCTION OF ALL RENTS. (Australian Press Association.) (Received this day at 9.25 a.m) fj , SYDNEY, September 28. The State Cabinet approved of a Bill to bring about a compulsory reduction of all rents in the Metropolis and also throughout the State. Already the Government have introduced a Bill in Parliament to reduce the rents of agricultural leases. The Upper House agreed to the second reading of the Interest Reduction Bill. (
