AUCKLAND,- September 28, \ After throwing pepper'ln the face of a, woman cashier, a man snatched a handful of bank notes from the ticket box a.t the Strand Theatre, in Queen Street on Saturday evening and escaped. The man approached the box at about a quarter to nine, when nobody elge was about and asked for a slid ing ticket.
