ARMAMENT QUESTION
FRANCE’S ATTITUDE. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, September 11. In addressing the League of Nations, M. Briand, the French Foreign Minister, paid a tribute to the loyalty of Britain to the ideal of a FrancoGerman rapprochment. M. Briand, referring to the Wor! Disarmament Conference, said that France was definitely opposed to any postponement of that Conference.
