The proees sion temporarily blocked the traffic n. th.e Strand, and at the Kingsway tine, thousand more teachers attended an overflow meeting, whilst yet anothei five thousand teachers met at West minster. All of the meetings passed a resolution affirming that the proposed saiarj cuts are a breach of Mr MacDonald’s “equality ot sacrifice” declaration. \ TEACHERS TO STRIKE. AGAINST OUTDOOR WORK. LONDON, September 13. The London Association of Teachers, and also the Schoolmasters’ Association ljave decided that their members will not in future perform any extraneous duties, such as the organis ation of games and of entertainments.
