Oliver,, chosen centre three-quarter for the All Blacks, is unable to play owing to a boil on his arm. It is suggested that T. H. Coughly the Auckland centre, be selected; in his place. ' Caughly trained with the All Blacks this morning. \

The weather to-day is the best for weeks, giving promise of a fairly dry ground for the match. Manager T. C. Davis of the Australian team lias received a cable notifying the serious illness of his son and he leaves for Wellington to-night, to catch the Manganui leaving there on Saturday for Sydney.
