DR. GANDHI’S VISIT TO LONDON. (United Press Association.-—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) LONDON, September 7. . Following a : disclosure that hostile demonstrations might be attempted when Dr. Gandhi arrives at Victoria Station, Scotland Yard and the Foreign : Office have discussed the use of exceptional precautions to guard him. Lord Sankey (Lord Chancellor), who is Chairman of the Federal Structure Committee of the Indian Round Table Conference, has summoned p. meeting of the Committee at St. James’ Palace this (Monday) afternoon. The business, it is understood, will be of an informal character.
