MR THOMAS’ INTENTIONS.

The Derby Labour Party, by 103 to 48 votes have withdrawn'an endorsement of Mr Thomas’s parliamentary candidature.
Mr Thomas replied that time would show which was right. He believed his actions had saved the working glasses from ruin. “T shall not resign. I will stand as an Independent Labourite, regardless of the consequences, in order to enable the constituency » represented for 21 years to express its verdict, apart from party.”
