Advices from Chile to-night said that two regiments at Valparaiso had revolted, joining the naval mutineers. __ ./SANTIAGO (Chile), September 5. r * Charging all the Chilean Commun- ■ ist leaders' with the responsibility for the mutiny in the Chilean Fleet, the Government to-day announced that the rebellions of the naval and land units had surrendered, after a joint action had been carried out by the loyal Army Carbineers and the Aviation Corps. It was also officially nnnounc d that a state of martial law has been declared throughout he country lor a thirty days’ period. ‘ TO BOMBARD REBELS. An-official bulletin issued by the Government on Saturday night indicates the «ero hour for bombing the rebel fleet from the air originally set for six p.m. Saturday has been postponed until (Sunday.
