Early jn the'new year, at the latest, a big company, .with headquarters at Dunedin will Be floated to run a regular shipping service between the South Island and Australian ports. The company will place two 7,000 ton liners on the run, several suitable ones being immediately available. The Company hopes to employ a staff of six hundred on the ships and land depots.
